Activation: Hospitality Area, Family Fun Zone, Bunker Challenge & MD Anderson Fan Zone

Location: Memorial Park Golf Course, Texas        

The Brief:

Continuing our long-term relationship with Texas Children’s Hospital & MD Anderson, the PVE team were entrusted again to deliver numerous activation areas and to design, build & deliver the interior fit out for the hospitality space at the tournament once again.

The Process:

Our production team had plenty of ground to cover at the tournament site, where pre planning and organisation were crucial to ensure all elements were delivered to a high quality. The focus was to provide a premium and exclusive experience for all fans across the hospitality area and activation touchpoints, that built on the success achieved from the previous year.

The Result:

Hospitality Area: Located by the 18th hole, we fabricated the interior with the bar & food area, as well as the seating & tables, all referencing the Texas Children’s Hospital brand and messaging, to create a relaxing and immersive hospitality experience.  

Family Fun Zone: Situated on the golf course, we had numerous activations for kids & families to get involved with including; mini putting course with bespoke obstacles, colouring wall, photo opp with miniature golf buggies, reaction & donation tee wall and our interactive games wall with bespoke gameplay.

Family Care Suites: Creating a comfortable & accessible space for families to take some time to relax with young children with facilities free to use with changing rooms & seating.

Bunker Challenge: Another great stop off on the course, fans could test their skills on our bunker challenge! The structure that housed the activation was also branded on the interior & exterior.  

MD Anderson: Exhibition unit featuring our skeeball challenge and signature wall for fans to write their messages and wishes to loved ones.

Sun Lotion Dispensers: An initiative set put by MD Anderson, we designed & built sun lotion dispensers displayed around the course to emphaise the importance of sun protection!

As a firm event on the annual PVE event schedule, we are incredibly proud of our US team in delivering another captivating & unforgettable fan experience on the PGA Tour.
